Shaun of the Dead<\/em> director Edgar Wright<\/strong> was recently asked in an interview if he would ever return to direct a TV series, and he revealed that Frank Darabont<\/strong> actually offered him an opportunity to direct a season 2 episode of The Walking Dead<\/em><\/strong>, but ufortunately it doesn’t sound like he’s going to do it.<\/p>\n

Frank asked me to do a\u00a0Walking Dead<\/em>, actually.\u00a0 But I feel that there\u2019s some subject matter that, like, even though it\u2019d be great\u2013 and I love that show:\u00a0 I actually watched four of the six episodes uninterrupted in one run; it was like zombie Pringles\u2013 I think that with something like that, with some TV shows, you wanna be in on the ground floor.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
