Here’s a little teaser trailer for the new traveling arena stage Batman Live<\/em><\/strong>. The trailer gives us a really good look at the the characters and costumes in the show. As of right now we have no idea what to expect from the show as it plays out in front of our eyes, but it looks like it will be fast-paced action-packed show.<\/p>\n

Batman Live<\/em> opens in Manchester on July 19th and will then travel through the UK this year and hit North America next year in 2012.<\/p>\n

Faithfully adapted from the DC Comics characters and stories, BATMAN LIVE focuses on Robin\u2019s quest for justice, which leads him to follow in the footsteps of his hero, the mysterious vigilante known as the Batman \u2013 much to the dismay of his protective guardian, millionaire Bruce Wayne \u2013 who secretly happens to be Batman.<\/p>\n

A dazzling celebration of storytelling and stagecraft, BATMAN LIVE is at its heart an affecting coming of age story. Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson \u2013 both orphaned at an early age \u2013 must first learn to overcome their own fears and forge their own family \u2013 along with Police Commissioner James Gordon and Bruce\u2019s trusted butler, Alfred Pennyworth \u2013 if they\u2019re going to survive the combined forces of Batman\u2019s larger-than-life rogues gallery: The Joker, The Penguin, Catwoman, The Riddler, Two-Face, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
