Now the tides  have turned some. In a more ironic move, Marvel\u2019s legal team is now  looking to prove that mutants are not in fact human.<\/p>\n<p>The  reason behind the argument is that of money. To be more specific, it\u2019s  in the area of import taxes placed on products such as toys. Many  foreign countries have different import taxes based on classification  for items manufactured and imported to the States. A \u201cdolls\u201d  classification is designated as a product representing a human and  carries import taxes of around 12%. \u201cToys\u201d, on the other hand, represent  non-humans and are usually only taxed at around 7%.
