The game was originally scheduled for a fall 2012 release, but was pushed back some to give the game a final polishing to perfect the final product. The Tomb Raider series focuses on the adventures of sexy\u00a0archaeologist Lara Croft and her international exploits.\u00a0 The redesigned Lara Croft and her new game will be going all the way back to the beginning of the franchise. The game will feature a new origin story for the popular character.<\/p>\n<p>The game is expected to take a grittier approach to its play than previous incarnations. Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have a lot riding on the game.
