This year, I was privileged to attend Nedapalooza for the first time. For those who do not know, Nerdapalooza is a two day long musical celebration extravaganza of all things geek. Many of the artists there are nerdcore but geek rock does get its fair share. The people who put on the show did an amazing job. I personally spent much of the day hanging out with the band Sci-Fried, who really rocked the house and caused me to not have a voice the next day. The artits, vendors, and awesome sound guys(Marc With a C and Nash from Sci-Fried) all showed a great passion for what they do and the crowds responded in turn. While I was only there for Saturday, I can say I will be attending future Nerdapalooza events. I would like to share a video I came across wrapping up the event. It has some interviews with people running the event and a lot of footage of the event and the artists that made the event memorable. Just watching this video gives a small glimpse into how the show came off.
