While the Wii U may be the talk of the town right now, Nintendo had other interesting showings today, one being Mario Kart 3DS. The E3 trailer below shows off plenty of classic Mario Kart racing, but also features some new additions to the series: underwater play and hang-gliding.
This will be the first Mario Kart title on Nintendo’s young handheld. The game currently does not have a specific release date, but is scheduled to hit late 2011.
