Kevin Conroy is the voice for the animated Batman and has been since the 90s. On a recent appearance on Rob Paulsen’s Talkin’ Toons, he lent his voice to a clip from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight. Check it out as he voices this famous scene with Paulsen playing Commissioner Gordon.
