Hello fellow geeks. It’s great to see you are all still here.
Today is a special day for the site. today we celebrate 11 years of the site’s existence.
Honestly, it hasn’t been the year I wanted it to be. Last year as we saw ten years come to pass, we were in the midst of a global pandemic with no way to celebrate. it was certainly a punch to the gut. especially after a 2019 that saw me get my first celebrity interview and attend my first DragonCon.
The world is opening up again and with great weekends earlier this year at Spooky Empire and JoeFest, it’s time to get back to work. I have plenty of conventions coming up and it feels great.
I am very excited to get back out and celebrate geekiness with my convention family. It’s been a long road, but it’s time to get back out there. I look forward to seeing everyone again.
Now, we begin our tenth anniversary celebration take two. I will be back out to conventions, documenting it all along the way. After the last year plus, I feel renewed and have a greater desire to experience the geeky life. As the site evolves and conventions evolve, we’ll experience it together.
Thank you to all of you who have stuck around and supported this site and my vision to bring you all the joy of geekiness. Here’s to the future and everything that is to come. We toast to the journey.
