I’ve only ever watched a few episodes of Daria. I thought it was pretty good, but I was just never into MTV when I was younger and never watched the show with any frequency. College Humor recently put up this awesome fake trailer for a Daria movie. It features Aubrey Plaza as the title character. Plaza is known for her role as April Ludgate in the hit NBC series Parks and Recreation. The April character has a very deadpan delivery and it really never crossed my mind how that would perfectly translate into Daria. Well, until I saw this.
