With the approach of the new series of Doctor Who this year a new doctor comes to the forefront. The new incarnation of The Doctor will be played by actor Peter Capaldi. BBC released an image of how Capaldi will look on the show. The new costume will be a throwback to the more classic looks of the older doctors before the BBC series reboot in 2005.
Capaldi commented on the costume saying, “He’s woven the future from the cloth of the past. Simple, stark, and back to basics. No frills, no scarf, no messing, just 100 per cent Rebel Time Lord.”
