has right of way.
What have you been smokin’? This was a CLOSED SET… the production company paid big bucks to have these roads closed off to film in SAFETY. The cop ventured onto the closed set and was never granted right of way. Think!

So why didn’t the officer standing in the street where the SUV came try to stop him?
