PTG Episode 151 is brought to you by New York Comic Con, going on this weekend at the Jacob K. Javits Center in Midtown Manhattan. Of course, we won’t be there ourselves (someday!), BUT we will have one-time PTG gadget correspondent and current Podgnosticastor JC Martinez on site throughout the convention and on-air via Skype with us during our webcast on Sunday night to report on the NYCC, in particular the technology and video game related panels and booths. It’s been a while since we’ve had JC on-air with us, so please be sure to stop by during the live webcast, listen for a spell in the chat room, and make him feel welcome.

In this hour, our second with guest co-host Ryan Macdonald from the Talk Nerdy Show, we get caught up with Ryan and new developments on his show, including his new co-host Kyle and their upcoming field trip (along with Slacker and the Man) to Dinosaur World, the often-seen but rarely visited Florida attraction just off I-4 between Orlando and Lakeland. I, myself, plan on heading out for the dinosaur adventure for a few hours, at least (it’s on a Sunday, so I’ll be leaving the event early to do THIS show), so look forward to some great pictures taken with lots of fake dinosaurs! (Because the real ones don’t often care to have their photo taken, you know.)

Also in this hour, we bring you Flash TV Reviews on two current ‘WTF’ shows, The Event from NBC and Fringe, now in its third season from Fox, plus Ryan provides a bonus extra review of the most recent episode of Chuck. We wrap the hour with reviews of two Top Comic Picks from Marvel, Captain America #610 (Brubaker, Guice) and Avengers Prime #3 (of 5) (Bendis, Davis). Enjoy!
