Who would love to see a new animated Star trek series? It happened at one point in 1973-74 and brought most of the original cast back from the series to lend they voices to their characters. Now there’s a possibility that a new animated series will be brought to life. Star Trek scribe Roberto Orci tweeted that a new animated Trek could be happening. He said that he’s been talking about putting together a new animated series. There’s no other information on this but we assume he has been talking to his Star Trek co-writer Alex Kurtzman. Orci and Kurtzman have been involved with the Transformers: Prime series and Transformers live action movies, so they do have experience going from the big screen to animated television. This could have a lot of potential. What do you all think about seeing a new Star Trek animated series?
