The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the constitutionality of video game age limit laws on Monday. The ruling could have huge implications on the gaming industry. At issue: Brown v. EMA (formerly Schwarzenegger v. EMA), a case that could determine whether or not it’s constitutional for states to punish retailers for selling violent and/or sexual games to children.
