The latest news circulating is that Ray Stevenson is being cast as COBRA operative Firefly in the upcoming G.I. Joe 2: Cobra Strikes. Stevenson would join Channing Tatum, Dwayne Johnson, Adrianne Palicki, Elodie Yung, RZA and D.J. Cotrona as part of the a mostly new cast for the film.
Directed by Jon M. Chu, G.I. Joe 2: Cobra Strikes is expected to arrive in theaters in August 2012.
