With the launch of Batgirl #1 in the DCU Relaunch, Barbara Gordon will be back behind the cowl and in her first solo ongoing book. The New York Post is running a preview of the book and we have several pages from the title. An interesting bit about Batgirl is that the events of A Killing Joke did happen, but in this universe, Barbara was able to recover from her injuries and resume her duties as Batgirl. Here we have the preview pages available and they feature a flashback to those events featuring the Joker. DC has had very good artwork with their books lately. The artwork in Batgirl looks great and I’ll pick this one up and give it a try. Check out the preview pages and let us know what you think.
