Release announced for ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’

As we all know, a DC themed fighting game will be released next year through Warner Bros. Interactive. The new fighter entitled “Injustice: Gods Among Us” has looked pretty good so far. Now we have a more defined area as to when to expect the release. While we do not have a specific day of the month, we now know that the title will be released in April 2013.

Injustice: Gods Among Us debuts as a bold new fighting game franchise that introduces a deep, original story featuring a large cast of favorite DC Comics icons such as Batman, Cyborg, Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Solomon Grundy, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman and many others.  Set in a world where the lines between good and evil are blurred, players will experience heroes and villains engaging in epic battles on a massive scale.

A new trailer has also been released this week for the game. It features a voiceover that now confirms Kevin Conroy, known for portraying Batman since Batman: The Animated series debuted in 1992, will be lending his vocal talents to that role once again.
