Anime Festival Orlando Guest List Includes Sailor Moon and DBZ Guests

Anime Festival Orlando Announces Guest Line-up for AFO 15, Including Sailor Moon and Goku!

 

ORLANDO, FL (July 7, 2014) – Anime Festival Orlando is proud to announce the guest lineup for

its fifteenth annual convention, taking place July 25 – July 27 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort on

International Drive!

 

Hot off the tremendous announcement of the cast of Sailor Moon Crystal, Anime Festival Orlando will

have Stephanie Sheh, the voice of Sailor Moon; Christina Vee, the voice of Sailor Mars; and Lucien

Dodge, the voice of Zoicite.

 

Stephanie Sheh, in addition to voicing Sailor Moon, plays Hinata Hyuga in Naruto and Orihime Inoue

in Bleach. Christina Vee has played Mio Akiyama in K-On! and Homura Akemi in Puella Magi Madoka

Magica. Lucien Dodge has played Cyan Pile in Accel World and Waver Velvet in Fate/Zero.

Also appearing at Anime Festival Orlando 15 will be Sean Schemmel, Kari Wahlgren, Erika Mendez, and

Michael Sinterniklaas.

 

Sean Schemmel is the prolific voice of Son Goku in Dragon Ball Z, one of the most iconic anime series of

all time. Sean also plays Lucario in Pokémon and the upcoming Super Smash Bros games for Nintendo

3DS and WiiU.

 

Kari Wahlgren is famous for her portrayal of Haruko Haruhara in FLCL, as well as Blue Rose in Tiger &

Bunny and Fuu in Samurai Champloo. Erika Mendez stars as Ryuko Matoi in the sensational Kill La Kill

and voices Aladdin in Magi: The Kingdom of Magic.

Michael Sinterniklaas has directed the English-language versions of hit anime such as Mobile Suit

Gundam Unicorn, the Berserk films, Bakuman, Slayers Revolution, and Giant Robo. Michael is also

popular for his roles as Xellos in Slayers, Kenji Koiso in Summer Wars, and Dean Venture in The Venture

Bros.

 

In addition to meeting industry guests, fans at Anime Festival Orlando can enjoy the Game Show

Theater, fan panels, dance parties, anime music video and costume contests, the Café Peko Peko maid

café, and a unique interactive convention experience called Rocket Rangers of Orlandia: The Great Khaz

Rush.

 

The convention staff and volunteers are looking forward to another great year with all the fans who helped

build a great a fan community, from fans who have been with the convention from the beginning to those

who will get their first taste of an anime con this year.
