Disney XD has been pretty busy with the Marvel Universe. Now they’re working on a show featuring the Hulk. Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. is currently in development for the network. The project will be helmed by Jeff Loeb and Paul Dini. A number of characters from the Hulk universe will be explored in the series including Hulk, Red Hulk, She-Hulk, Skaar (Hulk’s son) and A-Bomb.
A bit of casting news has come out. Eliza Dushku (of Buffy and Dollhouse fame) has been cast in the new series. She will be playing the role of She-Hulk.
The series is still in development and as such no release date has been announced yet. Having a talent like Dushku aboard certainly can’t hurt this show’s chances.
