Stan Lee sends message to Spider-Man fan injured in school shooting

Last week, another horrible school shooting occurred at Taft High School in California. Among the injured was sixteen year old Bowe Cleveland. He had to be put into a medically induced coma due to the injuries he suffered to  his chest and abdomen. He is expected to make a full recovery, but for the moment, he is stil in critical condition.

Cleveland also happens to be a big comic book fan including his favorite, Spider-Man. As a sign of solidarity, his classmates have been wearing Spider-Man shirts in support of their injured classmate. Word of this got to Spider-Man creator and Marvel Comics head honcho Stan “The Man” Lee. Stan sent a heartfelt “Excelsior!” to Cleveland in a video he recorded. You can check out the video below.

All of us comic fans send our condolences to Bowe and the other victims of the Taft High School shooting.
