An embittered scientist and his partner decide to use Optimus Prime’s lifeless body to lure the Autobots into a trap. There, they infect Ultra Magnus and the other Autobots with a deadly plague from space that pits Autobot against Autobot. But soon, the infection spreads to the entire galaxy as well. Unless a cure is found, no one is safe from the outbreak of the Hate Plague.
